How much does it cost to buy or sell with Morley Auctioneers?
Buyer’s fees: 24% commission (including VAT). Online platforms charge their own internet bidding surcharges; please contact the platform you intend to use to view their charges.
Seller’s fees: £3 per lot plus 21.5% commission (including VAT).
Do you offer a property visit service?
We understand that it’s not always practical to bring larger or multiple items to us. That’s why we offer a property visit service across Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield and throughout most of West Yorkshire. Our experienced team can visit your home or premises to provide professional, no-obligation valuations, and where appropriate we can also arrange a complimentary collection service. Property visits may be chargeable depending on your location and the nature of the appointment.
